A plumber for 22 years, Tom was tired of wasting hours trying to reach awkward junctions — digging, cutting, and shovelling for what should’ve been a simple underground blockage.
After realising no one had come up with a solution, he decided to build one himself: the first-ever Jet Mate tool.
