Jet Mate Tools are warranted for 6 months to be free of defects in material and
workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or unauthorised alterations.
To make a warranty claim –
1. Send an email to enquires@jetmatetools.com.au
2. Include proof of purchase (photo or scanned copy of the original dated sales invoice) and a photo of the defective product.
3. Your full name, postal address, email address & contact number.
4. Once deemed a warrantable replacement, Jet Mate will Express Post you a prepaid Auspost return satchel.
5. Once faulty goods have been received a replacement model will be sent to your nominated delivery address.
